15 minutes to practice snatch work

WOD 1 :  3 min to accumulate as many 50% body weight power snatches

WOD 2:  AMRAP 7 mins
10 box jumps, 10 toes to bar

    Crossfit from Khobar, Saudi Arabia..in the hotel gym….pull ups, front squats..5 rds. 10 reps each

    Dips, HSPU….5 rds..10 reps and 3 reps each.

    WOD 1- 21 @ RX (62.5)
    WOD 2- 5 rounds, plus BJumps and 5 T2Bs… so close to 6!

    Worked up to 185 snatch(not good but it my pr).
    then did isabel 3:40 (135 lb snatch 30 times)
    then 4 rd of the cash out wod

    Did 27 Snatches at 50% body weight and just over 5.5 rounds on the Box Jump/TTB WOD.
