    Back squats 125-135-145-155-165 PR 170

    With the help and encouragement of WOD partner Andy, worked up to 210# in the WOD which is a PR for 3 reps. 1 rep at 220# which is another PR. Also, thank you to Chris for some additional form advice.

    front squats and v-ups on the burner part, finished the 9 in the 7 minutes
